Shipping Info

Your order will typically ship out within 5 business days from our office in Tokyo, JAPAN. We do not ship on most major holidays, please keep that in mind when placing your order.
All orders that contain a pre-order item will ship when the pre-order is ready to ship.

通常、ご注文は5営業日以内に東京から発送いたします。祝祭日につきましては配送を行いませんのでご了承ください。
発売日前のプレオーダーにつきましては商品が発送可能になってから発送いたします。

Return Policy

We accept returns on any faulty, damaged items or if the wrong item has been sent. Please contact us within the 7-day time period from date of receipt on items.
Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:
You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Returned items must be unused. Only unopened and sealed CDs, and vinyl albums may be returned.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging, such as bent corners and cracked CD covers.
Certain sale and discount items are non-returnable.

商品到着から7日以内に注文番号を沿えてご連絡ください。お客さまより返送された商品の状態によっては、ご返品を承ることができないことをご了承ください。

【ご返品に関するご注意事項】
・商品の配送および返品にかかわる送料はお客様のご負担となります。
・未使用の商品に限り、ご返品を承ります。CD、レコードなどが開封された状態ではご返品を承ることができません。
・レコードジャケットの角が曲がったりCDカバーが割れたといった表面上の傷については返品の対象となりません。
・特定のセール／ディスカウント商品につきましては返品対象外となります。
